Shipping and Returns

Orders, Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Jude and Jay. If you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or are having technical issues with ordering, please email us at orders@judeandjay.com for assistance.

We will only accept one coupon code per order.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!

RETURNS

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value for your hard-earned money. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival.  

  • All exchanges are final sale unless the item exchange was due to damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered.
  • All sale items, earrings, swimsuits, and bodysuits are final sale.
  • No price adjustments for previously purchased items.
  • All refunds should post within 3-5 business days.
  • Jude and Jay reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jude and Jay is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

If you purchase an item with a discount of 30% or more or purchase an item in our SALE categories, the items are final sale and we will not accept returns of these items.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $6 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

SHIPPING

You will select shipping method upon checkout. Standard shipping via USPS Priority takes between 2-5 business days depending on location. Express shipping via UPS takes between 1-2 business days and overnight shipping will get to you the next business day.

Standard shipping within the U.S. is shipped via USPS and will be calculated at checkout and is based on weight and zip code. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates.

We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States.

Please note: We charge no more than the price it costs to get your item to you via insured shipping through USPS. Please select the appropriate shipping rate upon checkout. Note: Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.

UPS International Orders CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box. If you choose this option and do enter a PO Box, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International instead.

Jude and Jay Boutique is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • International Duties or Customs charges
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.
  • The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: 

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Holiday Shipping Information

In order to receive any holiday orders before Christmas, orders must be placed and shipped BEFORE these dates! You MUST place your order by NOON CST for UPS orders in order to go out that day!

  • USPS International. Ranges between Dec 1 - 15. Please contact us for specific details for your continent/country.
  • UPS Ground: December 13th
  • USPS Standard Shipping: December 18th*

*All orders after this date need to upgrade to UPS shipping in order for your item to arrive in time!

  • UPS 3rd Day: December 19th (Orders must be placed by noon CST in order for it to ship that day!)
  • UPS 2nd Day: December 20th (Orders must be placed by noon CST in order for it to ship that day!)
  • UPS Next Day: December 23rd (Orders must be placed by noon CST in order for it to ship that day!)
